Hi my name is Patrick Jennings I am a sophomore at Edinboro University. I am 20 years old and I'm studying to become a secondary level education English teacher. I am on the Edinboro wrestling team where I wrestle 174 pounds. I have one brother and one sister, my brother also attends Edinboro University.Technology is a great thing and it makes not only teaching but life so much easier. Everything is right at your finger tips. Technology is great for teaching students everything. You can use smart boards to teach subjects on a projector and allows students to see what the teacher is talking about. Technology has also come so far as to help handicap kids to learn and do things in the class room. Technology is a great thing and can help out so much, but the teacher has to know how to use it correctly and be able to show the student how to use it.
I want to become an English teacher and teach high school students. I believe that teachers are great people and can change a students life not only in the class room but out side of it. Teachers have to love their job and want to help students out otherwise they shouldn't be teachers.
